The organizers of the event, welcomes proposals from leading academicians, researchers, scientists and industry experts for Special Sessions to be held during the conference. Proposals can be sent over email to [email protected], containing details of the session, mentioning clearly the area to be covered, name of the proposer, designation, affiliation, brief CV and country. In addition, the TPC members for the special session proposed should also be mentioned.

While proposals are welcome, it must be clearly understood that organizers reserve the right to reject a proposal and that the decision will be final and binding. It should also be clear that the proposal should be made only if the proposer is confident of bringing in at least thirty (30) submissions for the session being proposed. The entire management of the track including review would be the responsibility of the proposer and the organizers will only have a final quality check before proceedings publication.

The special session in ICACCP-2019 is open to all track of interest within the scope of the conference.
